Deli Serdang Regent Welcomes North Sumatra Evaluation Team for Integrated 6 SPM Posyandu Competition

The Regent of Deli Serdang warmly welcomed the Assessment and Evaluation Team for the 2026 North Sumatra Province 6 Minimum Service Standards (SPM) Integrated Healthcare Center (Posyandu) Competition during an official visit in Deli Serdang.

The evaluation team conducted an on-site evaluation to assess the implementation of integrated basic public services managed by local community health posts, particularly focusing on Posyandu Mawar in Pasar VI Kualanamu Village, Beringin District.

During the assessment meeting, the local administration emphasized that Posyandu is no longer limited to maternal and child healthcare. Instead, it has transformed into a vital hub that delivers six essential minimum service standards to the grassroots level, including healthcare, education, social affairs, public works, residential housing, and public order.

The Deli Serdang Regency Government reaffirmed its strong commitment to expanding and strengthening basic public services across all villages. Through continuous collaboration between regional authorities, Posyandu activists, and local residents, the local government aims to build a solid foundation for sustainable public welfare and healthcare access.

To support the 6 SPM transformation, the Deli Serdang Posyandu Development Team highlighted the flagship innovation known as Sipostes (Sinergi Posyandu Terintegrasi untuk Deliserdang Sehat). This platform integrates healthcare data management, community health monitoring, and cross-sectoral coordination to ensure faster response times and more accurate public health delivery.

The implementation of the 6 Minimum Service Standards (SPM) at Posyandu aims to ensure that basic public services are directly accessible to rural populations without administrative barriers. The six sectors covered under this integrated mandate include:

  1. Health (Kesehatan)

  2. Education (Pendidikan)

  3. Public Works (Pekerjaan Umum)

  4. Housing and Public Residential Areas (Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman)

  5. Social Affairs (Sosial)

  6. Public Order and Community Protection (Ketenteraman, Ketertiban Umum, dan Perlindungan Masyarakat)
